Why should I use you instead of a gift card? |
 |
Two reasons:
- Usually gift card providers have a limited assortment of merchandise compared to our catalog.

Because gift cards can be combined with cash, they offer limited trophy value.
Someone who chooses an award from Zlimit.com receives a complete gift (with shipping included).
Someone who receives an electronics store gift card for $200 and uses it to buy a $4000 plasma TV
really only received a "discount". The recipient of a Zlimit award has a constant reminder that
"My company bought me this watch!" The recipient of the gift card is more likely to feel that
"I bought this Plasma TV and I saved some money using a gift card from work"

Can’t I just give them cash? |

Sure, but they won’t have the lasting reminder of your appreciation of their work.
While cash might be used to buy a gift, it is just as likely to go toward paying bills.
That’s hardly memorable.

Why is this better than just buying gifts myself? |
 |
You can certainly shop at your local retail store or buy gifts online. However, you
really need to know the recipients well! Is it something they will like? Do they already
own one? It’s hard enough to buy gifts for family, let alone coworkers. With a Zlimit award,
they choose what they want to receive.
Also, Zlimit makes it convenient to buy gifts and awards for 1 or 100. You can literally
buy awards for 100 people (all at different levels if you choose) in 10 minutes or less.

How much is shipping? |

Shipping is INCLUDED in our price levels. Keep this in mind when you are comparison
shopping! Some items are expensive to ship due to their size.

Will there be tax? |

It depends. We charge tax in those states where we have a physical presence.

I emailed someone an award, and they say they never received it. What happened? |
 |
Either the email was overlooked (it happens, especially if it's unexpected) or the
email was blocked by a spam filter. We are constantly working on improving our email
delivery, but it's impossible to guarantee a 100% delivery rate. There are thousands of
spam-filter configurations and even the best emails sometimes get blocked.
A couple things you can do:
- Always double check any email address you enter on our site (for accuracy)
- If you are using Zlimit for incentives within your company, have your email administrator add Zlimit.com to your 'safe list'
- Log in to your account after issuing awards and check your order history. You'll be able to see who has redeemed their awards and who hasn't.
- Print the certificates and hand them out instead of emailing them. You can also do this after the fact if you log in and go into your order history.

How long will it take to get my order? |

Most items will arrive within 2-4 weeks, some may take longer (large items, for example)

I have two award codes for $50. Can I combine them for one $100 award? |

We do not offer that capability at this time. |

This is not possible today, but we are working to add that capability in the very near future. |
